The Yearly Review Assistant
Build A Game Plan To Maximize Your Personal Growth Over The Next 12 Months
We firmly believe the best way to spend the last week of the year is to give yourself a hard look in the mirror and be honest:
What went well this past year?
What didn’t?
Where are the opportunities to improve?
How do you plan on holding yourself accountable?
Do this for 10+ years, and the compounding personal growth will astound you.
You can grab the Annual Reivew Companion Guide here (for free)!
A couple quick “best practices” before you dive in:
Set aside at least 45 minutes in a quiet location with limited distractions.
Gather any materials that will help you jog your memory. Your calendar, emails you’ve sent, or places you’ve recorded notes during the year are all good resources to have on hand. Then surround yourself with anything that puts you in a reflective mood. Find a coffee shop with a view of the mountains, watch the sunset, or dial in your favorite beats on Spotify.
The point is to prepare yourself to introspect on the year.
When we did this review for ourselves, we blocked off 1-2 hours per “step” so we could give it our full attention. ChatGPT will remember everything you write in your chat session. So, you can start and stop the process—as long as you don’t delete the conversation.
(You don’t have to do this in one sitting.)
