Hey there!
I want you to take one word from your expertise.
Any word.
In the next 15 minutes, I'll show you how to transform it into a signature framework that sets you apart. One that can power your newsletters, courses, coaching programs, and more.
Here's what this looks like in practice. Take the word "shift"—a common word about change. When turned into a framework, it becomes:
SHIFT
Stop what's not working
Highlight opportunities
Identify next steps
Focus on action
Take the leap
Now when someone's stuck, instead of giving generic advice, you can say "Let's use the SHIFT framework." It's memorable, practical, and sticky. It’s like a mental hook your reader can grab onto.
And because you named it, you can claim it.
Here's how to create one of your own:
Step 1: Name Your One Word (5 min)
The key to a strong framework starts with choosing the right word.
Think about:
1. What outcome does your audience want?
List 3-5 verbs: __________
2. What transformation do they seek?
List 3-5 adjectives: __________
3. What process do they need?
List 3-5 action words: __________
Circle the words that feel most energizing or align with your message
For example, if you help parents create calmer homes, you might list: peace, quiet, calm, order, structure
So, filling in the template we get:
Outcome verbs: organize, calm, teach
Transformation adjectives: peaceful, confident, capable
Process words: structure, routine, connect
Write down even the words that seem obvious or cliché—sometimes they lead to the best frameworks. And if you can’t find the right word, try looking at competitor headlines or “people also search for” results on Google.
Let’s look at another example.
For the last 3 weeks, we’ve been heads down building and launching Category Newsletter Creator. This product helps you Position, Publish, and Profit with a newsletter. These are all great words to turn into frameworks.
Circle ONE word that:
Feels natural
Represents your core offer
Your could break down into steps
This is your framework foundation.
Step 2: Acronymify Your Word (5 min)
Let’s put this into practice.
Turn your word into as many acronyms as you can think of combining both related & unrelated (or conflicting) words.
For our parenting example, the word CALM might break down like this:
Connect intentionally
Acknowledge feelings
Listen actively
Model behavior
This works because it’s easy to remember and it reflects what parents actually want.
Now, compare that to my attempt with the word PROFIT for (Newsletter Monetization):
Partnerships
Recurring subscriptions
Outside affiliates
Flagship products
Individual services
Teaching/coaching
While logical, it feels forced and doesn’t flow naturally as a process. So, I restructured the framework into clear modules like this:
Module 1: Affiliate Monetization
Module 2: Sponsorship Monetization
Module 3: Subscription Monetization
Module 4: Digital Product Monetization
Module 5: Services/Coaching Monetization
(It’s always better to be clear over clever.)
Step 3: Refine Your Framework (5 min)
Once you've created your initial framework, Claude can help you strengthen it. Think of this as having a brainstorm partner who can help you see new angles.
Here’s how to do it:
Copy the acronym creator prompt.
As an acronym creator, please create meaningful and insightful acronyms from the word "[WORD]" with a focus on [ANGLE].
Each letter should:
1. Relate to the overall theme of [ANGLE]
2. Create a logical progression of ideas
3. Form memorable and actionable steps
4. Connect naturally to adjacent words
Provide 3 different variations, with each version:
- Explaining why the combination works
- Highlighting the progression of ideas
- Noting any particularly strong word combinations
Example format:
Version 1:
[WORD]
W: [word + explanation]
O: [word + explanation]
R: [word + explanation]
D: [word + explanation]
Why this works:
[2-3 bullet points on strength of combination]
[Repeat for versions 2 and 3]
End with a recommendation for the strongest version and explain why.
Paste it into Claude, fill in your word and topic, and run it.
For example:
Output:
This will help you generate even more framework ideas and help you see your word from a few different perspectives.
To get the best results, I recommend:
Start with 2-3 of your own acronyms before asking Claude
Ask Claude to critique each version against these criteria:
How natural the progression feels
Whether steps are actionable
If anything crucial is missing
Generate new acroymns with Claude and combine the best results into your signature framework.
The goal isn't to create a new framework, but to make yours stronger.
Productize Your Signature Framework
Now you have a signature framework.
But here's where it gets interesting—one framework can become multiple offerings at different price points and commitment levels.
Let me show you exactly how one word grows into a full suite of products:
Newsletter Series: Each letter becomes a topic for 1–2 weeks of emails, packed with quick wins and engagement hooks.
Digital Course: Each letter becomes a module with videos, worksheets, and exercises.
Coaching Program: Each letter represents a milestone in your 1:1 program, complete with checkpoints and transformations.
Paste your framework into the below prompt and watch Claude dream up your next revenue stream.
