First, I primed AI with what to expect.
Then I copy/pasted my entire post in the chat.
This post contained all the nuances, all the details, all the hard-earned insights I'd gathered over those two years.
And now that AI has the framework. AI can work with it.

Then, I prompted Claude like this:
