How I kill procrastination with AI
I stared at “hire partnerships director” on my to-do list for six weeks.
Every morning, I’d open my notes app. See it sitting there. Feel my chest tighten. Close the app.
I told myself I was too busy. That I needed to think through the role more. That next week would be better.
But really?
I was just paralyzed.
The task felt huge. Where do I even start? Write a job description? Post it where? What questions do I ask? What if I hire the wrong person?
So I did what I always do when I’m stuck:
I opened AI voice mode and started talking.
“I need to hire a partnerships manager. I’ve been avoiding it for weeks. I don’t know where to start and it feels overwhelming.”
