Most business owners are sitting on a content goldmine and don’t even know it.

Every coaching call, sales conversation, and workshop you’ve ever hosted contains the exact pain points, objections, and language your ideal customers use.

But if all that’s buried on an Amazon server in northern Virginia, it’s not helping you.

For context, every single week we log:

  • 5 live coaching calls

  • 70+ sales conversations

  • And hundreds of Slack discussions

We have 9,600+ minutes of content sitting in “the cloud.”

And that’s just for 1 month—for 1 business: the Premium Ghostwriting Academy.

All this content could be turned into:

  • Social posts

  • Facebook ads

  • Lead magnets

  • Course material

  • Email newsletters

The problem is none of it is organized.

Which is why we asked Mitch (our AI automation expert) to help us build a content agent automation to distill the most potent ideas from every recorded conversation we have.

In the video below, he shows you exactly how it works (and how you can set it up yourself).

Here’s how you can set this automation up for yourself:

How to Auto-Extract Insights From Every Call You Take

This whole setup takes about 10 minutes and costs basically nothing to run.

You’re going to need three things: Zapier (for the automation), Fathom AI (to transcribe your calls), and a Claude API key from Anthropic.

Here are the steps:

  • Step 1: Start by creating a new Zap in Zapier. Search for Fathom AI and set it as your trigger. The trigger event you want is “New Transcript” - this fires every time Fathom finishes processing one of your calls. Connect your Fathom account and test it to make sure it’s pulling in your call data properly.

  • Step 2: Add Anthropic as your action step. Choose “Send Message” and plug in your Claude API key. Use the insights extraction prompt (provided below), then use the plus button to pull in the transcript from Fathom. What this does is feed both your prompt AND the raw transcript into Claude, so it can analyze the conversation and pull out the good stuff.

  • Step 3: Add Gmail to email yourself the results. Set it to send from you to you, use the meeting title from Fathom plus “Insights” as your subject line, and drop Claude’s response into the email body.

That’s it.

Turn on the Zap and you’re done.

Now every time you hop on a call and Fathom transcribes it, you’ll get an email with all the key insights, objections, and content ideas automatically extracted.

It costs about 2-5 cents per call depending on how long you talked.

You can do this manually too.

The Insight Extraction & Content Framing Prompt

This prompt does two things:

  1. It finds the core universal principle in your conversation.

  2. It reframes the insight into 7 different hooks.

For example, I ran this prompt using the transcript from a recent PGA Hot Seat replay.

Claude returned 12 core insights.

We could use each insight on its own, but they can be broken down even further.

For example, here are 7 potential content frames we could for the “Pitch & Learn” insight:

The prompt does this automatically for every insight it finds in your content. So one 60-minute coaching call could easily generate 50+ different content angles.

Here’s the prompt:
